Abstract:: From attached label: Thanking a really “good Joe” — Representatives of the Middlesex County College Police Department are shown presenting a plaque of appreciation to Joseph Klegman (center),retired Chairman of the College’s Board of Trustees.The honor was bestowed in recognition of the support given to the Police Department and its Pistol Team by Mr. Klegman throughout the years. From Left: Chief Larry Rice, Sergeant David Siegel, Mr. Klegman, Dr. Rose M. Channing, College President, who was on hand to add her congratulations, and Captain Joseph Oberc.
